Type of work: Students will conduct research and analysis of legal issues faced by UGA, primarily in areas of employment law, contracts, real estate, litigation management, and constitutional law

Note: Students selected for a fall externship may continue the externship in the spring semester by agreement of the student and placement.

Prior coursework or other skills:

• Coursework and interest in higher education law and constitutional law preferred but not required.
• Desire and ability to participate in the externship for both the fall and spring terms.

Number of students: 1

Preferred days: Two half-days per week, in-person work. Days TBD, in coordination with student’s schedule and OLA operations.
