Metro Atlanta Business Court

Established as a pilot program in 2005, the now permanent Business Court provides a specialized venue for complex commercial litigation in Fulton and Gwinnett Counties. Eligible cases include cases with damages in excess of one million dollars and those that involve contractual disputes, commercial litigation, alleged securities violations or questions of corporate, limited liability company or partnership law. The intern will research substantive matters, review case files, attend business court hearings, participate in ruling conferences and assist with case management duties.
