Type of work:
Externs will collaborate with members of a small, global legal team. Projects may include:
- contract review and negotiation
- analysis of legal, regulatory, and compliance questions
- preparing for or conducting litigation (defendant’s or plaintiff’s side)
- researching and preparing compliance trainings
Externs can expect to learn about:
- providing legal advice to business-side colleagues in an effective manner
- working on global, cross-cultural teams
- managing outside counsel
- analyzing and applying regulations in a specific business context
- the wide variety of matters small legal teams encounter on a daily basis
Note: Externship will be in-person (preferred) or hybrid, depending on schedule. Criminal background check / drug screening may be required prior to starting.
