Athens / Clarke County Probate Court

Students work for Probate Judges in Athens-Clarke County. The Probate court handles a wide range of essential community issues, from wills and trusts, to guardianships and commitments, to boundary disputes, to a wide range of public records and licenses. Students will have hands-on exposure to court administration, and to the process of managing family and neighborhood disputes.
