Whitney Stuart is currently a senior trial attorney for MagMutual Insurance Company where she manages all aspects of litigation for defense of medical malpractice actions against physicians, a role she has held since 2022. She previously held associate positions at McGrew Miller Bomar & Bagley, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and Smith Currie & Hancock handling general liability defense, medical malpractice defense, construction litigation and general commercial litigation.
Stuart served as a mock trial alumni coach for the School of Law since 2022 and was a board member of the school’s Young Alumni Council from 2019 to 2023. She also served as a volunteer mock trial coach and mentor for the trial advocacy program at Spelman College from 2015 to 2019.
Stuart earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude and Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. While in law school, she was an editorial board member of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law and was a member of the mock trial team.
