Type of work:
Externs at Document Crunch will meaningfully contribute to the company’s product and support the company’s Industry Solutions team by:
- Performing legal research to enhance Document Crunch’s contractual risk review solutions;
- Customizing generative AI checklists for evaluating risk in construction project documents; and
- Evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses.
Externs will also support the company’s Legal team by:
- Researching critical areas of law and drafting memoranda, contracts, and other documents to support the Legal team; and
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs.

Externship will be remote or hybrid, depending on schedule.
