Assistant Professor Adam D. Orford presented “The Oil Pollution Act of 1924: A Centennial Reassessment” as part of the “Environmental history, legal history, and environmental law – two transdisciplinary conversations” panel at the Fourth World Congress of Environmental History titled “Transitions, Transformations and Transdisciplinarity: Histories Beyond History” hosted by the University of Oulu in Finland.
