The Law & Political Economy Collective at Georgia was founded in 2023. This chapter of the national Law and Political Economy Project is a student-led initiative in collaboration with the UGA National Lawyers Guild. The aim of this collective is to critically examine the interplay between law & the economy so that students are well-prepared to zealously advocate on behalf of their clients and communities. The LPE Collective at Georgia meets on a bi-weekly basis to discuss articles and research pertaining to law and the political economy. Anyone is welcome to facilitate these discussions, and we are actively seeking out partnerships with other groups on campus.
