Biographical Information
Daniel Griffin serves as partner at Griffin Durham Tanner & Clarkson, leading the firm’s white collar criminal defense practice focusing on matters involving government investigations, civil investigations and issues relating to the False Claims Act. He has also handled cases relating to asset forfeiture and government contract debarment proceedings and represented individuals in congressional investigations. Previously, Griffin served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Northern District of Georgia. He earned both his bachelor’s and law degrees from UGA.
