Type of work: Student will help to support the business, finance, HR, and product units on legal issues that include commercial transactions, IP, marketing, employment, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, ESG, privacy, export, and more, including helping to prepare for a potential IPO.

Notes:

• Virtual externship (with some in-person interaction with Atlanta-based attorney).
• COVID-19 vaccinations are required, whether working in-person or remotely.

Prior coursework or skills: Interest in privacy and ESG would be helpful, as well as interest and/or familiarity with internet technology, such as VPN and password management.
