Santana T. Flanigan

Santana T. Flanigan serves as general counsel for Rockdale County Public Schools where he provides in-house legal services to the board of education and school district to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws. He also sits as a part-time associate magistrate court judge for the Magistrate Court of Henry County. Previously, he served as chief municipal court judge for the city of Stockbridge and was a partner at Smith, Welch, Webb & White in McDonough, Georgia, where he provided legal representation to a variety of public entities including, but not limited to, rural and urban school districts, charter and private schools, city and county governments, and housing and water authorities.
