Jeffery L. Mapen

Jeffrey L. Mapen a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, practicing in the areas of business litigation and product liability litigation. He represents clients from inception through mediation, arbitration and trial in a variety of complex business disputes relating to contracts, franchises, real estate, unfair competition, trade secrets, debt consolidation services, truth in lending, trademarks and shareholders.

Mapen has been named a Georgia "Rising Star" in business litigation by Super Lawyers (2011-2015) and one of Georgia Trend magazine's "Legal Elite" in general practice (2013).

He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude and juris doctor cum laude from the University of Florida. During law school, he served as notes editor of the Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy, received a book award in Estates & Trusts and was a teaching assistant in multiple M.B.A. and undergraduate business law courses.
