David C. Hagaman

David C. Hagaman is of counsel at the Atlanta office of Ford Harrison where he has represented management in labor and employment law matters with a focus on employer-employee relations, union organizing campaigns, arbitrations, labor negotiations, wage and hour matters, and employment discrimination litigation.

He is past chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Hagaman has been a member of the Atlanta Bar Association; the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; the Lawyers Club of Atlanta; and the American Employment Law Council. He was a contributing attorney to the treatise How Arbitration Works, published by the Bureau of National Affairs, and was editor of the Georgia Employment Law Letter from 1988-2013. He is the author of the book, How to Avoid Legal Pitfalls in Hiring and Firing in Georgia.

He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America - Labor and Employment Law; Chambers USA: Leading Attorneys for Labor and Employment; Who's Who Legal: USA; and Georgia SuperLawyers for Labor and Employment Law by Law and Politics Magazine.
