Congratulations to recent graduates Dustin M. Batchelor (J.D.’26) and Maya E.M. Davis (J.D.’26) on being named Academic All-American Advocates by the National Association of Legal Advocacy Educators. Fewer than 30 students nationwide received the honor, which recognizes students who have had exemplary success in courtroom advocacy competitions, modeled good leadership and fellowship within the law school community and excelled academically.
Batchelor was named an Academic All-American Appellate Advocate for his performance at the Claude Pepper Elder Law Moot Court Competition national championship while Davis was named an Academic All-American Trial Advocate for her performance at the All-Star Bracket Challenge.
