Congratulations to second-year students M. Drake Jones, Joseph P. Will and Emily C. Wood for finishing as finalists in the 36th annual Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition held at Pace University's Elizabeth Haub School of Law. The three-day appellate advocacy competition involved fifty-four schools and required the team to represent three different parties in six separate oral arguments. Jones and Wood won individual best oralist awards during each of the three preliminary rounds, and the team was undefeated going into the three-party final argument. The students were coached by third-year student Andrew C. Haygood and Assistant Professor Adam D. Orford.
