Greg Rabidoux

Greg Rabidoux comes to the University of Georgia School of Law with more than 20 years of undergraduate and graduate legal teaching in areas such as American law, constitutional law, torts, contracts, and legal research and writing. Most recently, he was a teaching associate at Coastal Carolina University and a remote adjunct faculty member at Bryant & Stratton College. He previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Middle Georgia College and Valdosta State University and as an assistant professor at Austin Peay State University. He also taught at The Washington Center in Washington, D.C., where he developed an internship program for domestic and international students and led classes in public law, policy formation and analysis. Notably, Rabidoux is the recipient of multiple teaching honors.

He is the co-founder and creative director of ValMar Films, a documentary filmmaking production company with a focus on political and legal issues. In addition to filmmaking, his role includes oversight of all issues relating to trademark, copyright, intellectual property, proprietary NDAs, and licensing and distribution rights of films and creative products.

In addition to his teaching positions, Rabidoux was the director of the American Constitution Society’s National Legal Research Project from 2013 to 2014 and the director of Common Cause’s Legal Defense Fund and Research from 2012 to 2013.

Rabidoux earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, his Master of Arts from American University, his Juris Doctor from Marquette University and his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
