Appellate Litigation Clinic successful in Ninth Circuit

The Appellate Litigation Clinic argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Albarran-Sotelo v. Blanche resulted in a reversal and remand. The case was presented by third-year students Olivia G. Haas and Katherine H. “Kate” Branch.
