The ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Student Writing Contest is an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their legal expertise and potentially earn recognition for their outstanding work. The Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section (RPTE) of the American Bar Association (ABA) invites law students to participate in this prestigious contest.
The RPTE Law Student Writing Contest provides a platform for law students to delve into critical issues within the realm of real property, trust, and estate law. Whether having a keen interest in property law, estate planning, or trust administration, this competition offers students the chance to explore these topics in depth and present your insights through a scholarly paper.
Winners of the RPTE Law Student Writing Contest will receive cash prizes and recognition from the RPTE Section of the ABA. Additionally, winning papers may be considered for publication in the RPTE Journal.
Please note that the deadline for submissions is May 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
