Catherine Arra, who joined the School of Law in 2024, serves as assistant director of stewardship and donor relations. In this role, she cultivates relationships with graduates and friends as well as seeks private support, both of which ensure a strong future for the law school. Specifically, she oversees the school’s gift acknowledgement program, seeks opportunities to grow donor relationships, works with the school’s donor recognition societies and supports the Law School Association Council.
Most recently, Arra worked in development at Nuçi’s Space, where she analyzed donor and fundraising data, led donor solicitation and stewardship for annual fundraising events and developed and implemented a new grant tracking system to aid in growing organizational capacity and annual grant budget. She also gained experience at the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation, where she assisted with administrative tasks involving donors, board members and the community. She also assisted with events and developed social media and written communications.
Arra holds two degrees from UGA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family science in 2023 and her Master of Arts in nonprofit management and leadership in 2024.
