Margaret Mullins serves as the National Security Advisor to U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock (Ga.). She previously worked for Senator Michael Bennet
(Colo.) and Senator Patty Murray (Wash.). Prior to coming to the Hill, Margaret served as an active duty intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. She deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 and served at U.S. Army Europe headquarters as an aide-de-camp to the Deputy Commanding General and as a senior Russia intelligence analyst. She has a BSFS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, an MPA from Princeton University, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a Council on Foreign Relations Term Member and a Defense Council member of the Truman National Security Project.
