C. Read Morton, Jr. and William "Billy" P. Payne Scholarship Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial assistance for law study to a student or students who meet the following selection criteria:

  • Resident of the State of Georgia.
  • Worked at least one year after completion of undergraduate/graduate studies before enrolling in law school.

Eligibility for continuation of this scholarships after the recipient's completion of their first year and the second year of law school will be the achievement by the recipient of academic ranking in the top 40% of their class.
