James E. Butler Distinguished Law Fellowship Fund -

The purpose of the Fund is to provide full tuition scholarships, student support, and other professional development support to deserving law students attending the School of Law at the University of Georgia. 

Students receiving the distinguished fellowship shall have demonstrated:

  • (a) academic excellence
  • (b) significant personal achievement, and
  • (c) a commitment to lawyering in the public interest and in serving the public good, as determined by the selection committee in its discretion.
