2001 graduate supports first-generation students

The School of Law is pleased to share that 2001 alumnus Gardiner Thompson became the most recent University of Georgia School of Law graduate to create an endowed scholarship supporting first-generation college graduates.

Heath wins Beaird Closing Argument Competition

First-year law student Jordan Heath is the winner of the School of Law's 2022 J. Ralph Beaird 1L Closing Argument Mock Trial Tournament. Congratulations to all who competed, including finalist Natascha Merida-Perez, on their performances.
