Jeremy Harden Memorial Scholarship -

The purpose of the Fund is to establish a scholarship within the School of Law, hereinafter referred to as "School," for a student who has struggled and overcome adversity and hardships in the past and who has demonstrated a desire to move forward in a positive direction in life by obtaining a legal education. The Dean of the School or a committee appointed by the Dean shall, in their discretion, and in accordance with the policies of the University of Georgia, determine the qualifications for eligibility for scholarships from the Fund, select the recipients of the scholarships, and establish the amounts, terms and conditions of the scholarships.
