Join Professor Heather Simmons for a 4-week workshop on mindfulness to start the Spring semester.
Koru Mindfulness is a free 4-session course that will teach you the skills and practices for mindfulness. Students who have completed Koru report feeling more mindful, less stressed, better rested, and less self-judgment.
You will learn:

- How to sleep better
