Special Legal Studies: Cannabis Law and Policy

Cannabis has been a part of human life for millenia; as more and more jurisdictions legalize either medicinal or recreational cannabis, cannabis law and policy is more relevant than ever. This course explores the history of cannabis prohibition in the United States and internationally, which jurisdictions have legalized cannabis and how, and the positives and negatives of laws to legalize cannabis.
