Join Professor Heather Simmons for a 4-week workshop on mindfulness to start the Fall semester.

Koru Mindfulness is a 4-session course that will teach you the skills and practices for mindfulness. Students who have completed Koru report feeling more mindful, less stressed, better rested, and less self-judgment.

You will learn:

-           How to maintain your energy without caffeine

-           How to sleep better

-           How to improve your focus while reading and studying

We're facilitating this Koru series specifically for law school students, so grab a friend and come join us.
