Atlanta International Arbitration Society's 5th Annual Lecture will feature Dr. Horacio Grigera Na?n as the speaker.
Dr. Na?n, an Argentine national, is a distinguished international arbitrator and consultant on arbitration and business and international law matters. He is a former Secretary General of the ICC's International Court of Arbitration and has been a practitioner in the field of international arbitration for over 30 years. He is a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence and the Director of the International Commercial Arbitration Center of the Washington College of Law, American University; a member of the American Law Institute, and a former Senior Counsel with the International Finance Corporation. He holds LL.M. and S.J.D degrees from Harvard Law School, LL.B. and LL.D. degrees from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, and is a member of the Argentine Federal, New York, District of Columbia and United States Supreme Court Bars.
