The Georgia Museum of Art and the UGA School of Law have partnered to bring you a special evening at the Georgia Museum of Art!

All law students, faculty, and staff are invited to sign up for a special tour highlighting pieces currently on exhibit, followed by free time to visit the rest of the collection. Tours will be offered on the following dates:

Thursday, October 22 at 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 p.m.

Pet Therapy Zoom

Please join us on Wednesday, April 22 at 3pm for the inaugural Pet Therapy Zoom! The stars of the show will be all of our pets (aspiring therapy dogs, cats, other - all are welcome!), but humans without pets should join as well! We are all going to miss those adorable pups in the Law Library Foyer this exam period, but we hope Zooming with our pets can be the next best thing.

38th Edith House Lecture featuring Justice McMillian and Justice Warren

The Women's Law Student Association is hosting the 38th Annual Edith House Lecture featuring Georgia Supreme Court Justices Carla Wong McMillian and Sarah Hawkins Warren. They will share their backgrounds, experiences as women in the legal profession and paths to the state of Georgia's highest court.

As the logical follow up to "How to Make Tea Live! with Heather Simmons," Heather is back to teach you how to make a comforting treat to go with your tea. Watch Heather make a batch in her kitchen, learn what NOT to do when making scones, and get the answer to the question, "is it scOWN or scON?" Join us over Zoom on Thursday, April 29th for Tea Time (3pm)! Recipe will be shared for you to try on your own for a future study break.
