Passport to Practice
Passport to Practice is a free 3-week summer upskilling bootcamp for students and graduates. A collaboration between several organizations, this unique program is designed to round out skillsets needed to navigate and succeed in the ever-changing legal landscape. Going beyond a speaker series, Passport to Practice will require modest pre-reads, session attendance, and brief learning comprehension checks.

SpeechSkills: Projecting Credibility and Confidence
Cara Hale Alter is an international keynote speaker, author, and the founder of SpeechSkills. She literally wrote the book on projecting credibility and confidence: the critically acclaimed The Credibility Code. She's delivered more than a thousand keynotes, seminars, and workshops on leadership presence to audiences around the globe.
Red Clay Conference
The Red Clay Conference is an annual student-run conference at the University of Georgia School of Law, established to increase public awareness of environmental issues. The theme of the 33rd annual Red Clay Conference is "Environmental Justice for All." The Conference will be on Thursday March 18th and Friday March 19th from 11:00AM to 1:30PM both days through Zoom Webinar.

118th Sibley Lecture featuring Dr. Monica Bell, Yale Law School
Monica Bell is an Associate Professor of Law at Yale Law School and an Associate Professor of Sociology at Yale University. Her areas of expertise include criminal justice, welfare law, housing, race and the law, qualitative research methods, and law and sociology. The title of her presentation is "The Case for Racism Response Funds: A Collective Response to Racist Acts."
Professor Thomas Kadri will be the host for this lecture.

Legal Ethics: In Service to the Client
Brian M. Martin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Juniper Networks. He brings nearly 20 years of corporate legal experience in the technology industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at KLA-Tencor Corporation. He also spent 10 years in senior legal positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. Martin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Family Supportive Housing, a non-profit organization that provides shelter and supportive services to homeless families.
