Join Registered Dietician Beth Kindamo for a workshop on Brain Food for Law Students. In adjusting to a busy schedule, Kindamo built a snack tailored to a law student's lifestyle. The snack is easily replicable, adjustable, and affordable. She'll discuss several aspects of nutrition for busy students and what types of food can keep your body and mind high-functioning through a long day. We'll provide the ingredients, you be ready to learn!

PLEASE NOTE: In order to participate, you must be able to pick up the meal kit items from the Law School on Monday 11/16 or Tuesday 11/17 between 10am-5pm.
