Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves
Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves currently serves as a vice chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery. She is the first African American and the second woman to serve on this important Delaware court.
Prior to her appointment to the court, Montgomery-Reeves was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focused on corporate governance, navigation of corporate fiduciary duties and corporate litigation. She also practiced in the securities and corporate governance department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and served as a judicial clerk to then-Chancellor William B. Chandler III on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Montgomery-Reeves earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi and her law degree from UGA.
