Biographical Information

Suzanne Griffeth joined the University of Georgia School of Law in the fall of 2012 as the director of alumni relations. Griffeth engages Georgia Law’s alumni, friends and donors by creating and managing events, programs and service opportunities. Her responsibilities include organizing regional alumni events, managing law alumni reunion programming, coordinating the Law Alumni Association Council and committees as well as planning activities and programs that encourage alumni to get involved.

Prior to joining Georgia Law, Griffeth was employed with the College of Family and Consumer Sciences at UGA for 10 years, where she served as a development officer and director of alumni relations and student leadership. Her other experiences include serving as a financial planning specialist at IJL Wachovia and as a financial services assistant for Hamilton and Bender.

Griffeth earned her B.S.F.C.S. in consumer economics, magna cum laude, from UGA.

She lives in Athens with her husband, Phillip, a local attorney and their three children.
