Biographical Information: 

Paul H. Threlkeld is a partner/attorney at Oliver Maner, where his client base includes businesses, local governments and individuals. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in over 25 jury trials involving personal injury, law enforcement liability, products liability, timber conversion, livestock liability, criminal and business disputes. Threlkeld currently serves as the special assistant attorney general for the Georgia Ports Authority. He also chairs the Lawyer Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Previously Threlkeld practiced law as a partner at Andrew & Threlkeld for six years and worked as an associate for Oliver Maner & Gray from 2001 to 2006. He also served as the solicitor-general of Toombs County, Georgia, from 2007 to 2013. Threlkeld earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude and his law degree from UGA.

In 2009, he participated in Leadership Georgia and served as a program chair in 2011. Threlkeld also served on the Leadership Georgia Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2014.
