Kelly Ann Parker serves as the post-graduate fellow for the law school’s Veterans Legal Clinic. In this role she supervises teams of students who provide free legal representation to veterans on claims related to benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Previously, Parker worked as the staff attorney for the West Virginia University Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic, where she coordinated efforts of the clinic to provide legal assistance to veterans across the state, worked closely veteran treatment courts, and handled litigation before administrative agencies. She handled a variety of matters before VA Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans Appeals, and the CAVC. Parker earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Marshall University and her Juris Doctor law degree from West Virginia University
