J. Michael Levengood

J. Michael Levengood is practicing law as a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Before opening his own general practice, he was a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge for more than 30 years where he represented clients in commercial and estate litigation, workouts and corporate reorganizations. Levengood serves on several non-profit boards and was the chairman of the Gwinnett Health System board leading to its merger with Northside Hospital, and he currently serves on the Northside Hospital board of directors. Levengood is regularly invited to speak on bankruptcy and litigation issues, and he was the co-managing editor of bankruptcy forms for the second edition of the book Norton Bankruptcy Law & Practice. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at Emory University School of Law.
