Biographical Information: 

Recognized among the most active commercial litigation lawyers in the state of Georgia, Cary Ichter is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group of Ichter Davis. He has successfully litigated cases involving franchise, distribution and other sales channel relationships, real estate disputes, banking relationships, fraud and RICO. His practice also covers matters involving restrictive covenants ancillary to employment agreements and trade secret misappropriation actions as well as cases involving copyright infringement, employment disputes, and sexual harassment and retaliation.  

Ichter regularly works as a court-appointed Special Master in complex commercial matters and mass tort cases. He began his career with Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy (now known as Bryan Cave).
