Biographical Information: 

Brett Bartlett is a partner in the Atlanta office of the international law firm Seyfarth Shaw. He is chair of the firm’s Atlanta Labor and Employment Department, co-chair of its national Wage and Hour Litigation Practice Group, and a member of its Labor and Employment Leadership Team. A litigator and preventative counselor, Bartlett has defended more than 200 complex, class and collective action lawsuits filed in jurisdictions across the country, when they were unavoidable. He has been recognized by Financial Times as an innovator in the legal industry, rated by in-house counsel as a BTI Client Service All-Star, and recognized as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend magazine.
