Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Allen Post Professor Paul J. Heald's article "Trademark Infringement, Trademark Dilution, and the Decline in Sharing of Famous Brand Names: An Introduction and Empirical Study" was one of only a handful of intellectual property law articles selected for inclusion in the 2011 Intellectual Property Law Review, a yearly anthology published by West Group. Heald's article was originally published in 59 Buffalo Law Review 141 (2011).
