Congratulations to third-year student A. Warren Adegunle who recently won the Center for Alcohol Policy's 6th Annual Essay Contest, which is intended to foster debate, analysis and examination of state alcohol regulation. The essay topic concerned the 80th anniversary of the 21st Amendment and whether or not the amendment has achieved its intended purpose.
