Larry Thompson to deliver talk on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

Sibley Professor Larry D. Thompson will participate in a symposium titled "The FCPA at Thirty-five and its Impact on Global Business" at Ohio State University during March. The event will convene top government officials, leading academics from both the U.S. and the U.K., and experienced practitioners to discuss the many aspects of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Cleveland Distinguished Chair of Legal Ethics and Professionalism Lonnie T. Brown Jr. presented "Civility and Collegiality: Unreasonable Judicial Expectations for Lawyers as Officers of the Court" as part of the St. Mary's Law Journal's 11th Annual Symposium on Legal Malpractice and Ethics in San Antonio, Tex., during February.
