We are currently accepting both electronic and paper submissions of articles. We prefer that authors use the ExpressO submission system, which can be found online at http://law.bepress.com/expresso/.

Manuscripts should be sent to the University of Georgia School of Law, Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, Athens, GA 30602-6012.

Manuscripts should be typewritten and triple-spaced, with footnotes triple-spaced and separate from text in accordance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed.). These manuscripts cannot be returned. All opinions expressed in the Journal are those of the individual author.

Articles Length Policy:
In reviewing article submissions, the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law will give preference to articles that are less than 25,000 words in length--approximately fifty journal pages including text and footnotes. Only under extraordinary circumstances will the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law publish articles in excess of 35,000 words--the equivalent of seventy to seventy five pages.
