Hosch Associate Professor Kent Barnett was featured in The New York Times Magazine regarding the U.S. Supreme Court case Aurelius Capital v. Puerto Rico. The article titled "The Curious Case of Aurelius Capital v. Puerto Rico" was written by Jesse Barron and published 11/26/19.

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation (Thomson Reuters, 3d. ed., 2019 rev.) and his article "State Taxation of Corporate Income from Intangibles" (48 Tax Law Review 739 (1993)) were quoted extensively in the Minnesota Tax Court case YAM Special Holdings, Inc. v. Commissioner of Revenue, No. 9122-R (Nov. 12, 2019).

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Emeritus Law Walter Hellerstein published Taxing Global Digital Commerce, 2d. ed. (Wolters Kluwer, 2019) (with A. Cockfield et al.).
