Carter Chair in Tort and Insurance Law Michael L. Wells published "Some Objections to Strict Liability for Constitutional Torts" in 55 Georgia Law Review 1277 (2021).

Hosch Professor Julian A. Cook III published "Prosecuting Executive Branch Wrongdoing" in 54 University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform 401 (2021).

University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues participated in the University of Pennsylvania Institute for Law and Economics' program titled "SPACs, Direct Listings, and Other Innovations in Capital Formation." In attendance were the acting and incoming directors of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance, John Coates and Renee Jones, respectively.

Cleveland Distinguished Chair of Legal Ethics and Professionalism & Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor Lonnie T. Brown Jr. was featured on Bloomberg Law regarding his presentation on "Lawyering in the D.C. Spotlight" at the ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility. The article titled "Politics Presents Ethical Quandaries for Lawyers" was written by Nancy Kisicki and published 6/9/21.

University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues was featured in The New York Times regarding special acquisition companies and Lordstown Motors. The article titled "Lordstown, Truck Maker That Can't Afford to Make Trucks, Is on the Brink" was written by Matthew Goldstein, Lauren Hirsch and Neal E. Boudette and was published 6/14/21.
