Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein presented "Fiscal Federalism in the United States" at a conference on "Quale Modello di 'Federalismo Fiscale?" in Turin, Italy, during November. The conference was held in connection with the publication of "Tax Aspects of Fiscal Federalism: A Comparative Analysis," to which Hellerstein also contributed a chapter on the same topic.
