Dan Coll manages legal operations for Jabil, Inc., a $25B global product solutions company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. His team provides technology, process, financial, and other operational support to Jabil's legal team worldwide.

Prior to joining Jabil, Dan was the General Counsel of Elevate Services, a market-leading law company, and has held senior legal operations roles at both Oracle and NetApp. Dan started his legal career as a litigator with the Chicago-based firm of Swanson, Martin, & Bell. Prior to practicing law, he was a senior auditor with the accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton.

Dan received his J.D. from Loyola University, an LL.M in International Law from Stetson University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Robert Katz is the innovative, decisive, hands-on and energetic public company (Jabil) General Counsel with substantial corporate governance, M&A, securities, compliance, risk management, litigation, commercial, international and board counseling experience. Serve as a strategic business partner to the board and senior management. Lead and transform in-house legal departments using servant leadership to energize, inspire and manage during times of change. Use operational excellence methods, data driven tools and talent management skills to reduce risk, control costs, increase speed, and improve quality and responsiveness
