A Conversation on Food Security and International Development Law Careers with Ertharin Cousin
Ertharin Cousin (J.D. ’82) is the Visiting Scholar at the Center on Food Security and the Environment at Stanford University. Previously, Cousin served as the Executive Director of the UN World Food Programme from 2012 to 2017, handling both immediate food needs and long-term food insecurity challenges. Cousin has been featured on the Forbes list of “100 Most Powerful Women” as well as TIME magazine’s “100 Most Influential People.”
