The 26th Annual Red Clay Conference will take place Friday, February 28, 2014 at the School of Law. Attendance is free for admitted students and registration is now open.

Georgia Law students interested in public interest law invite you to attend this year's Working in the Public Interest (WIPI) Conference, to be held Saturday, March 1st, at the School of Law. A remarkable list of public interest lawyers will participate in panels and round-table discussions. The conference will be followed by the annual Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) Auction. Registration for the WIPI Conference is free for admitted students and is now open.

The priority financial aid application completion deadline for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is March 1, 2014. This application is used to determine eligibility for need-based financial aid administered by the University of Georgia Office of Student Financial Aid.

The University of Georgia School of Law and the Georgia Law Alumni will hold a reception in Atlanta, GA for admitted students on Thursday, March 6, 2014. A formal invitation will be sent to admitted students.

The Georgia Law Open House for Admitted Students will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014. A formal invitation with a schedule of events and RSVP information will be sent to admitted students.

UPDATE: The Office of Admissions has extended the application deadline for the Fall 2014 entering class to June 1, 2014 and will consider June 2014 LSAT scores for fall admission. A completed School of Law application and all required supporting materials must be received by June 1. Applications will be reviewed after June LSAT scores are received and applicants will be notified of a decision by July 15. Applicants should indicate on the application that they plan to take the June 2014 test. Current applicants who wish to retest in June and hold their submitted application for review should contact Brandi Saunders at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

1L Orientation will be held on August 14th, 15th, and 18th. Registration information will be emailed in early July. Attendance is mandatory for all three days.
